The political gabfest podcast is an American political podcast offered by Slate magazine.
Political Gabfest was voted “favorite political podcast” by Apple Podcasts listeners and is highly praised by Stephen Colbert.
It covers current political topics and issues from various viewpoints.
David Plotz (former editor for Slate) is the host.
Emily Bazelon and John Dickerson are some of the main contributors to the show.
John Dickerson is typically the show’s expert on Washington politics and the presidential campaigns.
Emily Bazelon typically reports on bullying and child sex abuse, as well as her expertise on legal matters.
Other guests include people like John Hickenlooper, David French, and Stephen Colbert.
